Pricing & Registration
The registration fee for ACSF members is $1,150 per person and $1,350 after March 1, 2024.
For non-members, the registration fee is $1,400 and $1,600 after March 1, 2024.

Admittance to the ACSF Symposium both days, all scheduled group meals, breaks, and social functions, and transportation to and from hotel to symposium events.
Substitutions are permitted at any time.
All attendees are required to wear a badge while attending the Safety Symposium. Once issued, badges are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the badge. Name substitutions for badge registrations are only permitted prior to badges being issued.
The ACSF may remove from the event, and deny re-entry to, any individual who is found to have sold, lent or otherwise transferred a badge or who uses another individual’s badge to access the event. For more badge information, please contact admin@acsf.aero .
Any person who attends the Safety Symposium grants permission to ACSF to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs and sound or video recordings, and, without notifying such person, to use those images for any purpose of ACSF, including advertisements for ACSF and its programs.
Certified Aviation Manager Credit

Accommodations for Attendees with Disabilities
The ACSF will provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities who make their situations known to ACSF staff. Reasonable accommodations are those that do not create an undue hardship on the ACSF, change the nature of scheduled events or activities, or pose a safety or health threat to other attendees.
For safety reasons, only officially-approved vehicles are permitted to operate within the student union at Embry-Riddle. Individuals with disabilities who wish to use power-driven mobility devices at the Safety Symposium must contact the ACSF at admin@acsf.aero for approval. It is the policy of the ACSF that these vehicles be specifically used for handicapped individuals and exhibit the stability required to operate around exhibits.
Only trained service animals with proper supervision are permitted at the Safety Symposium.
Cancellation Policy
The ACSF understands the last-minute nature of business aviation and has allowed as much flexibility as possible.
Should you need to make a change to your registration, email your cancellation or substitution request to bburns@acsf.aero.
A $50 processing fee will be charged for paid symposium cancellations.
Cancellations must be received in writing on or prior to March 1, 2025.
There will be no refunds after March 1, 2025.

Important COVID-19 Information
COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by the novel coronavirus. Some variants of the virus can cause severe symptoms including acute respiratory issues, severe damage to lungs and other organs, and even death. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), COVID-19 is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person, and individuals over age 65 and people of any age who have certain underlying medical conditions are at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Understanding of the symptoms, risks, and spread of the disease may change over time, especially if new variants arise.
COVID-19 Liability Waiver/Assumption of Risk
Although ACSF has selected a venue where reasonable safety precautions will be taken to protect the health of participants, ACSF cannot guarantee that participants will not be exposed to COVID-19 during attendance at the event.
All participants acknowledge (1) that participation in this ACSF Safety Symposium and the group activities is completely voluntary, (2) there are inherent risks of exposure to COVID-19 while traveling or participating in group events such as this, and (3) that, for themselves (and for their heirs and assigns) they assume all risks associated with COVID-19 in connection with their attendance and participation, including risks to their own health and the health of others with whom they may come in contact in connection with the ACSF Safety Symposium.
Children
Children under 16 years old are not permitted at the 2024 Safety Symposium during forum hours.
Attire
Attire for the 2024 Safety Symposium is business casual during the educational sessions and casual at the Day 1 dinner and evening event.
